Chances are if you have been following the program, you will not want to cheat, at least not too bad. We are used to thinking of food as an enemy: as something that makes us fat, that sets unwanted obstacles in our path when we try to exercise our will power, and that has a seductive taste which leads us to indulge in forbidden temptations.
